From what ive read its not available for this test event so looks like a few of us will be banned the time the first proper games rolls around :LOL:

Yes they have made it crystal clear that test events are solely for season ticket holders. I believe this is a security issue. The thought of supporters of other local rivals getting in by the back door and causing some damage to the new ground could threaten the safety certificate. Not to mentions recent games in the PL where fans have invaded the pitch.

Not just season ticket holders, One Hotspur members as well-I got tickets for myself and my daughter today and we haven’t got season tickets

My sons were at one of those "an evening with" and this night it was Hoddle and Hazard and after spending most of his time talking about what he used to do and what Chelsea players could do the host had to remind Hoddle that he was here to talk about all things Tottenham related and not a Chelsea fanzine .Both my sons said they left that evening with a different view of Hoddle than before that evening and to say they have a completely different view of Hoddle as they had before that night . I am not saying this because of the above photo it is just that it reminded me .To say I was saddened is putting it in the mildest way I can.

Ugh, that's some sad reading right there. Even tough he had left for monaco right before my love
for spurs started, used to be a Erik The Viking fan as little boy. then an early December day in 1988
i got the news, and it did not take long to realise that i was Tottenham til i die.

The clubs history is obviously of great interest and Hoddle is big part of that, so reading stuff like
this is very sad. He only played like +/- 30 games for them i belive so that is some tragic stuff from him

I know it's pretty irrelevant but I bet Arseanal fans said the same about Highbury when they moved into their new stadium, and Sunderland with Roker Park etc. But we all know that, eventually, they all started using the names of their new stadiums.

I bet, over time, we'll be no different.

It’s different as Arsenal and Sunderland moved we built more or less on the same land

To tell the truth the area being the same matters more to me than the name of the place and the supporters will sing we are Tottenham from the Lane so the name will love on in every way minus what it says on the tickets or where they report from according to Soccer Saturday with Jeff Stelling & Co.

Nothing's going to change because the name of the place is different. We get to talk the same streets we didn't before, that's good to me, it's part of all I remember about the matchday experience

The first time you go in to buy tickets for any game you're asked to register an account before you can proceed. I assume you just get your friends to register here:

https://login.tottenhamhotspur.com/...Url=/tottenhamhotspur/checkout&tenantId=SPURS

You should then be able to sign into your own account and you can create a network using their client reference number. It asks you for a membership number, but you just add their client reference number and it adds them.

Got this issue:

There are errors on the page
Unfortunately, the client you have selected does not have the correct attributes to purchase seats on this event. Please check what is required to purchase seats on this event and try again.

Am I doing something wrong?

When did you join as a member? You usually have to have been registered before a certain date to get Match tickets so probably the same here

I wouldn't worry too much he's a Spurs man though and through but he's also a former pro footballer it goes with the territory.

Tonight for the test event! Trying to assign a ticket to the old man who isn't a member and the post I quoted meant you could supposedly add none members but isn't working :(

Oh gotcha now, 99% sure you can only add other members for tickets at the moment

I guess i won't actually be worried or think much of it, but still, why focus on a club you played 31 matches
for when you are at an event for a club you played 337 matches for that even brought you through the academy.
(match info from wikipedia)

It won't shape my view on anything, but stil weird

EDIT: Not to mention the huge rivalry between the clubs
