I would guess that once you have that consent for it, as we do, there's little that can be done to revoke it.

I guess it all depends on the wording of the agreement. As long it's something along the lines of us playing at Wembley until our new stadium is ready to host games then we should be OK.

If you look at our pages 35/36 in the handbook where every other club have their home stadium shown we have the entry
Lilywhite House 782 High Road Tottenham London N17 0BX and not Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this maybe because office address is in Lilywhite Hse , so do we actually have a registered stadium as per the rules or is the PL board being very flexible.

I don't think it means anything - it's just a contact address. Arsenals address is Highbury House rather than The Emirates.

Does anyone know what specific security measures will be enforced at the stadium? Is there anything particularly noteworthy or will it just be like every other stadium?

Yes your, right missed that one but then I don't really look at anything to do with them. On the PL official website fixture list they are showing Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for future games ( apart from Woolwich ) so that's obviously our registered stadium. Can see no reason in the rules why we can't play there if it's ready this season , the word " temporary " in the rules gives the PL board plenty of leeway.

No Club shall remove to another Stadium (either on a permanent or temporary basis) without first obtaining the written consent of the Board, in accordance with Rule K.6, below.

Going back to Warnock's quote that we should play all or games at Wembley, don't think he is thinking straight , if we play any relegation rivals of Cardiff at NWHL before 62000 it's going to be harder for them than at a half full Wembley

Depends on if you're talking about just for the opening/maybe first few games, or in general.

In general I'd assume it's the same as all other stadiums, but I fully expect increased security for at least match 1.

Brexit has clearly messed with our plans for the cheese room

As for the move well we were due to start the season at Wembley and play the rest at the new stadium. We're now essentially doing the opposite and playing the majority of the season at Wembley, and the end at NWHL instead. I dont see how that is so different really.

Same here.

My only real gripe with buying a ST this season was that they charged a new stadium premium without the new stadium be signed off as ready to host games.

A much better alternative, as far as i’m concerned, would have been to freeze prices for this season while informing fans that prices would be going up next season to reflect a fully completed and operational stadium.
So you are not as calm as you claim then :cautious:

Just seen another bunch of pictures on Football.london.

Got to say this is a all feels a bit like porn now. Enticing pictures but no chance of getting at it. Feels as far away now as ever :(

Perfectly fine with it tbh

Simply put, it is what it is. I’m sure the club are’nt happy about the delays (not buying the conspiracy theory that the club knew about the delays long before they announced them) but me being angry about it is’nt going to change anything.

“Hi mate, March looks like a no-goer, even if we did have the license we have not accepted the stadium off Mace yet, very contractual wrangles atm especially with the insurance. Club & Mace are still pushing for April. Horrid feeling we will now be at Wembley all season”

It's not against the rules, but it's heavily frowned upon and you have to get special permission to do so.

From the PL handbook:

EDIT: Sorry just seen I was beaten to it by Nailsy

Heavily frowned upon? What does that even mean?

Contractual wranglings and insurance, well thats a step in the right direction as up until now it's been all about the fire alarms, we've obviously moved on from them.

Pretty common expression I thought..? As in they're not keen on it and only allow it in exceptional circumstances.
ITK? Where did that bit come from?

Edit - they may be equally happy enough.
