Yet no one makes a point of complaining that tickets are being sold for Elton John at the O2 in Nov/Dec 2020, that you have to pay for 2 years in advance. Anything could happen before then.

Wow that is ages ahead! Wasn't sure he was still alive.
When the Ryder Cup was at Gleneagles I had to register nearly a couple of years in advance and pay for the tickets about a year before but no complaints from me as I got what I wanted

The only way it could even remotely be seen as a dick move is if we hadn't started building the stadium and had no idea of completion dates

Haven’t been keeping track here as it’s dragging on but heard this. Don’t know if it’s old or new news.

Safety systems still aren't 100% so the temporary workaround to get the safety certificate will be to place fire marshals at the necessary points in the stadium and they will raise the alarm via their radios.

So Talksport are now criticising the club for selling gift vouchers for the stadium tour. Apparently they risk 'fan fury' for selling a tour to a stadium that isn't open yet. They have to be the biggest morons going. First of all there's nothing wrong with giving fans a chance to book early. I've booked a New York sightseeing pass for April next year for example. Secondly it's fucking Christmas time, of course it makes sense to sell gift vouchers for potential presents. It's not like the stadium doesn't exist for fuck sake.

Stop. Frigging. Listening. To. Talksport.

I do not see the point in doing that! we have waited this long we may as well just wait until that is 100% finished, you can see it now, we have an issue and the radios do not work!

I dont. The online artical came up in my news feed. I was just sharing because of how ridiculous (and actually rather funny) it is. I'm not remotely stressed over it, just as I dont stress over what pundits and opposition fans say about us. (y)

What if it's another four or five months? I would much rather we just moved in and got the systems working in the meantime.

Were you at Wembley last night? We need to do anything practical to move ASAP.

I want us to be in the new stadium as much as anyone but potentially putting peoples safety at risk is not good, would the FA even sign that off?

The club must be absolutely desperate to get home after supporters have voted with their feet and attendances have crashed at Wembley

Lets hope its Man U however they can get round all the safety issues

Potentially only 3 more games at the SoulTaker before we return to NWHL

The thing is, it was a Wednesday night game against a bottom of the table club. I'm not surprised the turnout was bad last night. Once the new stadium has been around a while I expect this type of fixture to draw a small crowd there as well.

only 3k less than WHL its just because so many empty seats it makes it look a lot worse

It's not putting peoples safety at risk. You say what if the radios failed, what if the new fire system fails or what if all the fire marshals suddenly become unconscious etc theres what ifs for every scenario

I’ve missed two consecutive home games for the first time in 20 years. There’s no point in pretending there isn’t an issue. Fans are fed up.
