Waves?Does anyone know whether the waves are finished look of the stadium or is there another covering to go on when the roof is installed? It is not clear from the renders I have seen of the finished stadium

Not sure either, but I assume the gaps will be covered, doesn't make sense aesthetically or from a weatherproofing stand point if not.Yes i think he means eaves. W next to E on the keyboard typo.
Ive been thinking the same, on the original plans it doent show any gaps,
Have they started installing floodlights as well as the screens? There seem to be some on the south stand.
And its still getting bigger! Biggest mobile crane in UK apparently! This big boy just rocked up ? View attachment 37777
As I understand it from the plans my company put together, yes, these gaps will be covered.Does anyone know whether the eaves are finished look of the stadium or is there another covering to go on when the roof is installed? It is not clear from the renders I have seen of the finished stadium

hard to tell, but the "tabs" look like that is where the eaves are attached to the stadium structure. There are some tabs / fixing points between each eave which suggests that something will be attached to them.
I hope that pitch is retractableOr a Gary Glitter comeback night at the new lane
The eaves were attached to a sub frame that was then fixed to the cranked steels that were fixed to the compression ring. Those tabs are more than likely where the capping strips will be fixed in to.hard to tell, but the "tabs" look like that is where the eaves are attached to the stadium structure.

Cracking crane knowledge! That 1000 ton crane cant work at windspeeds higher than 10ms (iirc), maybe a bit of a delay with the Skywalk lift, was only supposed to be here for the duration of this week and for that purpose only.
Love a good rim.We need to talk about those eaves....
How about the guy from the Go Compare advert....?You’d think if it was a concert it would have to be announced pretty soon. Big artists normally announce 6 months in advance. Unless it’s a one off maybe Adele with her Tottenham connections and be great PR.
