Literally every member of staff I had an interaction with today genuinely seemed to be enjoying their work. Nice to see.

Not quite my experience. Plenty of grumpy stewards/"Response Team Members" trying to get people to sit down. Then after the game, when we were trying to figure out how to get to the southbound queue at WHL, a steward helpfully told us that we'd missed the "32 signs" (couldn't see any) and that his colleague down the road with a megaphone and misleading directions was a "retard".

First visit today, absolutely blown away. Welled up before I even went in. It’s such a statement, Feels like we are a super club In waiting now. bought a premium ticket for today and well worth the extra. The complimentary light bites are more than that, really don’t need any other food. Smuggled plenty of chocolate brownies home afterwards too :)

Stumbled across a video last night inside the new Liverpool stand. And the signage went into an area that looked like it was hospitality called carlsberg dug out. As they are walking around I’m thinking this can’t be a hospitality area it looks worse than our general admission. So checked on their site and it is indeed a hospitality area lol. So got me curious and I checked a few others United and West Ham. I’d heard some bad stuff about West Ham hospitality areas, but tbh they look pretty decent. Not as good as ours but still high quality. Then checked United and it’s pretty awful. Their boxes are literally just a table with some chairs. It really does highlight the massive north south divide like another world as far as corporate goes.

I’m not sure it’s necessarily that. I think it’s just more modern stadiums in comparison to older ones. I know a City fan at work who has been in their corporate sections and said they are stunning.

Our stadium has obviously set a bench mark and I expect one day a newer stadium will come along and raise the bar again, but for the next few years at least our stadium will not be able to be matched anywhere.

£140 from spurs website.
And got selfies with Clive Allen & Graham Roberts too. Priceless day out in all honesty!

Edit - oops meant to quote the question but obviously didn’t! can’t seem to do it retrospectively either

There were a fair few corporate areas half empty in the West Stand and I could see some empty seats in the middle tier of the North Stand.

Same with east stand box level, the boxes were occupied and looks like they have seats for about 20 but in some maybe 5 people. The attendance was the equivalent to the other lot down the road , there were loads of ST tickets on exchange yesterday with no takers as they were only available to members and not general sale . We do not include non showers in the attendance figure so the figure is pretty accurate unlike some teams who give out false attendances.

I made my first visit to the stadium today a and it was a fantastic experience.

I was unable to get past the doughnut of doom when the tickets originally went on same.

But managed to buy a couple on the resale, although I had to pay the full adult price for my son’s ticket, who is a junior member.

It was disappointing to see several empty seats around me in East Stand, block 523.

Also you have to factor in that individual tickets on the ticket exchange may not sell, as opposed to two tickets together.

No Paul Price? A bit of a disappointing day then...

Anyone thrown out today, how were the stewards?

As the game was less intense I think most people outside of the south were sitting more. I heard so many renditions of Stand up if you hate Arsenal from the south, clearly to stand back up after the stewards sat them down!

Our attendance figures will always be down as we are being honest and corporate will probably only be 3/4 full for most bottom half games. I guess at least the financials don’t suffer.

They really need to release the hospitality seats back to the fans to get the numbers up. If people dont want to go than fair enough but it seems to be silly that others still can't get tickets when they go on sale. I'm sure there will be people to take up those remaining seats. When I got my ticket there were only 3 available and it took a number of tries to get one of them. It's crazy that they can have over 3k empty seats.

Good idea but just don’t see how it’s logistically possible. Lots of the hospitality seating leds straight out from boxes or suites. And this will sound terrible but people are paying those prices because they want some exclusivity. They don’t want to be sitting with the general admission. Plus as long as the club are getting the paid for money I doubt they really care if attendance figure is 57k or 60k.
