New away shirt leak doing the rounds. Nice, but prefer the navy/purple one

If that’s it then I’ll definitely be getting the away top this season.

Wasn’t the away kit supposed to have an iridescent logo though? Or was that the third kit

Yeah looking more and more likely to be training/travel gear.
This is supposedly the training kit though, without the iridescent logo. Could be the walk out jacket I suppose, like the one we used in the Champions League final.

This is a fake, it may be based on the real third, but it's a definite fake. I've seen it in the flesh, there's a whole load of clues.

  1. We never have an embroidered badge (since Nike took over, because they don't do that). The embroidery is also really poor quality.
  2. The PL logos (not visible) are not flock and ironed on as they should be, they are printed on to the shirt.
  3. The stripe at the top of the back of the shirt isn't visible as it should be.
  4. There is no motif/motto printed inside the shirt collar at the back. There is also none of the usual quality levels in terms of the number of fabric layers, look at the (clearly genuine) away shirt leak above and compare.
  5. You can't see it in this shot, but the proportions of the AIA logo (when seen in the flesh) are wrong.
  6. You also never see the back in any shots of this shirt. It's because they come with 'Kane 10' on the back in a font which we never use.
  7. It purports to be a PL shirt (with the PL sleeve badges) but has totally random, clearly fake lettering and numbering on the back.
  8. The collar doesn't follow any of the current Nike templates.
Not definitive evidence per-se, but, the suggestion is that the background patter, although based on the stadium exterior, also contains the letters 'SPURS' (we've seen gloves that are like it leaked), the pattern on this shirt is just random oblongs, no hidden lettering.

Not to mention the lack of tags the background and the random hangers which are a dead giveaway that it's some hookey shop in Turkey or somewhere and not a proper sports shop.

Like I say, I am not saying this is proof that this isn't the final design; it's just definitely not proof that it is, because the shirt is a total fake.

I like this design but was hoping we'd use the iridescent logos from the original leak (and CL final pre-match top).

I also enjoy how he says the shirt has allegedly leaked whilst simultaneously posting the very photo he speaks of. Yes, I'm a nitpicky ****.

This is legit , rebel sport in Sydney were selling this and the home shirt today . They are none the wiser , fair few fans have bought them.

They have now packed them away because they have released them early by mistake

Loving that away shirt though . Nice retro throwback

New kits being sold abroad again, before they've been launched? How do the club allow this to happen?

I can only assume that this is some weird marketing ploy, because it's just odd otherwise...

Will be Nike not the club I would assume?

It seems to happen every year. Either we aren't strict enough when distributing shirts to retailers and enforcing sale dates or it's, as you say, intentional (which I find very hard to believe).

Surely from a business standpoint, it's far better to have a professional reveal and to sell at the brand new, incredibly expensive official Club shop before it appears thousands of miles away on a rack amongst hundreds of shirts belonging to other teams.

Completely agree. I just don't understand why the late reveal every single year which then becomes an anti-climax as every fucker has seen it by then and some even own it across the globe as retailers stock it.

I’d be surprised if this is the actual kit, just because we haven’t used the Latin in quite a while now.
Home kit has To dare is to do, away kits has audere est facere. I can see what they are trying to do and think it's a nice touch.

That away shirt looks the dogs danglies! Really hope it's 100%.
