I would say its prominence on Klinsmann kits has made it a pretty iconic colour for us, we’ve consistently had it in the mix

Had that kit with his name on the back so you're spot on with why it's been so predominantly used over the lines.

Anyway, I like our purple kits, they tend to be the better ones (minus the HP one)

Went to Nike Oxford Circus yesterday. The home shirt looks like a cheap knock off. The one the players wear is a different story- the quality and detail is great. That’s £90 though. Shame the club don’t sell us the real shirt for the (poor) replica price.

It was the same last season, the stadium shirts looked shite with the sewn on badge, no detail and for the away ones the funny stuff down the arms wasn't even the same colour or size.

The replica shirts should be at least £35 cheaper and that is being generous for inflation etc

Interesting. Is it the same for the away kit (which I like) in that they also sell two versions?

That isn’t in stock yet. I think in the past they only offered the real home shirt.

Just seen that post with Roma 3rd kit.. Would love to see that but not sure how the AIA logo ties up to it.

For me the new one just looks like one of the fake badges you get on knock-off shirts they sell on market stalls where it'll say e.g. "Tottenham Spurs" or "Liverpool Reds" etc. instead of having the real badge. It has a sort of tackyness to it that I can't put my finger on. . The old one was so much nicer.

That would be the away kit - out next weekend. Home is widely available.
