I feel a bit disappointed with the lack of new ladies wear by Nike, the men get all the nice new t-shirts, as they always seem to do, and we seem to get very little.

My Huddersfield supporting pal is adament that shirt is a PR stunt. The more he tries to suggest it though the more it looks like its not haha.

Loving our away kit though, may have to buy it this time

I think the FA have contacted them about it.

I don't think they will be allowed to use it for competitive games

Turns out it was a stroke of genius from PP... They basically agree that the sponsor on the shirt is horrendous, and that was the point, that sponsors ruin shirts. The stunt was "this is what it could end up like" kind of message about kit sponsors (mainly betting sites). The actual Huddersfield shirt will be sponsorless, despite PP still sponsoring them, as they've done all the marketing they need with this stunt. Hats off to Paddy for this one

Anybody know when One Hotspur members will be able to get the 10% discount on the new gear? What about the shipping coupons?

So I'm going to Australia on Monday and will be visiting my 11 year old nephew.

I bought him one of the new Spurs tops yesterday and since he plays a lot of football out there, I think he'll be pleased.

Got to do my uncle duties and spread the faith ;)

PS That said, I think this version of the home jersey (19/20) is a little bit plain. Oh well...

I just thank God we're not using that stupid looking bottom half of last season's shirts any more. They looked like they'd been washed with something navy and the colours had run. Ghastly idea.

Technically they are using that style for the away kit back - but i guess purple and navy isnt as bad as white and navy

I didnt mind last years kit but generally I get the away/third kits...

I'll be honest, although the away kit is not necessarily bad, I do think it's boring... The all navy one we had in our first season was all blue but had a classiness about it, this just comes off as overly basic to me personally. I do much prefer plain, but with something about it too. Like if the new one had a white neck and cuffs in the same manner the home one has the navy additions that would add the necessary elements to make it a plain but very nice shirt IMO.

I find this one to be miles better, which had the white stripe down the side then on the shorts to give it a little something.

Imo, that is the best kit that we've had in the last 15 or so years

Have to agree. Watching us yesterday it just looked plain Navy on the TV as the purple was too dark to really show. Only noticed the purple in pictures of the game on the various media websites

Yeah it was. Obviously all the players were swearing a lot and the shirts were darkened but I still don't think you can see it greatly, lost a pointless addition in all honesty. I was hoping with that there'd be purple on the shorts in the form of a stripe down either side or socks like in Inter's away with a lot of the secondary colour in them. Instead they've just gone for the most basic of combinations.

I wonder if that light blue third shirt that we've seen was real, most of the Nike shirts have been revealed now and not one other top has the collar that was shown on ours.
