In all honesty: the last 20 years or so, we´ve been a selling club. That changed after Bale. Well, in the way that we starting selling all the crap players instead of our good ones.

Hmm, i wouldn't have categorized Spurs as a "Selling Club" per say.

Whilst it true, we have allowed a handful of top players to leave, and we got good money in return, i'd say a selling club is one that needs the profit from players to survive.

Not sure i'd say that was our position when we let those particular players go.

I think they wanted to leave, and we maximized the situation at the time.

I think we are all hoping for some stability now with Poch staying, plus some silver ware along with some good positions in the league / and CL, this persuade better players to join and keep the nuggets in the club.
