Another striker would make sense following what seems to be a change to this diamond shape this season (Son and Moura often playing as strikers). I'd probably rather another quick option however, trying to nick Callum Wilson ahead of Chelsea would be a decent option IMHO. Shame Chelsea and us hate each other as Batshuayi would be a good option too.

I like the idea of taking Mitrovic from Fulham. We do need another Kane like hold up player and finisher imo.

Agree, but he's never leaving Fulham to sit on the bench. Morata turned us down because he knew he would be warming the bench for Kane.

Maybe in the summer if they go down but not this window. He’s a fan favourite and they’d be nuts to sell him, he’s their biggest hope of avoiding the drop.

I wouldn't want a player who openly admits he is inferior to the players already at the club...

I get that. But he's 24 and may be willing to learn from Kane and even play in a two every now and then. He's got so much potential under Poch.

It was only last week that there were reports he’s very unhappy at Fulham following the sacking of the manager and his friend Jovanovic.

Mitrovic is certainly talented but he’s also nuts... if his GBH tendencies can be channelled into controlled aggression then he’d be an asset to many decent teams.

Misses far too many chances IMO.

I think he's settled down a bit as he's got older.

Maxi Gomez linked with West Ham, reportedly with £45m buy out. He's young, mobile, strong and scores goals. Maybe too much of a proper centre forward when Harry returns? Hope we have a view on him, as seems gettable

No thanks. Don't want another big lump who won't get any service in the box, for the price of 45m.

He’s the polar opposite to Llorente... very good movement, mobile... he’s certainly not a slow moving lump.
