Reminds me of last summer where every time Fulham signed a full-back or winger it meant Sess was off. Promoted teams are allowed to have depth.

Whilst it's likely that he's signed a new contract it is a little intriguing as to why its not been announced and in the same moment we get news Trippier is off.

I seem to recall we had loads of ITK that Eriksen had signed new contract only for it to never materialise

Aarons hasn't signed a new contract that's why it hasn't been announced. He signed a new deal in Oct 18 taking it up to 2023 and has been since offered an improved 5 year deal, which he is yet to sign. I think the majority of the Norwich team have been handed improved deals which a lot have signed, but to date Aarons hasn't signed his.

Seems pretty crazy if he was really available for around 20M.

I’m pretty confused about what our strategy here is, to be honest.

If we’re planning to use Foyth at RB, then we’re light at CB. If we’re planning to use Dier at CB then we’re light at DM again.

I know, three weeks left and the ITKs feel good, but it sure doesn’t seem like we’ve got much of a master plan in place, and we’re about to be right back against the wall w/r/t non- HG players.

I believe we are pretty strong at right back now Trippier's left he was atrocious defensively. I also believe Aurier is decent if he can stay fit KWP and Foyth ain't bad too.

I wouldn’t say we’re ‘strong’ at RB. I think we’re adequate at best with some players who can do a job there.

But if our target this season is to close the gap on the top two, then we desperately need to improve our full back options, even more so if Rose is the next out of the door. Our current full backs are not in the same league as City and Liverpool’s right now.

I still trust that Poch and the club have a plan, but I’m beginning to get a little nervous.

We already have a young prospect at RB, how about we use him and worry about replacing Danny Rose when he’s sold!

As poch intimated there’s a lot of restructuring this summer... realisation; necessity; advancement
