Fascinating but Lemons taking bad energy and cosmical universal energy you have to accept, I mean it's out there, think he's been having a natter with Russell Brand tbh but if it works...love him

I thought this too, but google it and it appears to be a considered opinion. Personally lemons in my house keep the fridge smelling nice and and look great in a gin and tonic ? (Poch is not nuts)

Although this is written with a little hindsight I was always reasonably confident that Pich would stay. (Not saying it is nailed on as if yet)

Reading between the lines, Poch has always stated that he has accomplished the goals set in the initial first 5yr plan.

He just needs the confidence that this is purely the initial part of a bigger master plan. It may have been mooted between himself and Levy as to where they go now, but unless you sit down and put down in writing what the next stage of development is it can still be somewhat dubious.

Be making the quotes that he has is not so odd, and the context has been played by so many from different perspectives.

Why would he stay if the club has no real ambition to move on from where we are now? That is a "Glass Half Empty" taking of the situation.

You could read into it that if their ambitions met, then why would he ever want to leave a club that he obviously feels extremely comfortable to be part of, with the arguably the best training facilities in the world and the best stadium in the world, and where he is loved.

Those are my onions for what it is worth.

Gold was the only journalist last summer who said we weren’t close to signing any players despite what others were saying. Hopefully he’s correct this time too.

I don’t think that’s the case although I’m not gonna trawl back and check. Pretty sure he was adamant that there would be signings and it was only our JJ that was the one constant in saying that we weren’t close to anyone.

So with Spurs being denied an overnight stay at the Madrid campsite does that mean Arsenal get the fifth place in the CL? I’m outraged if that’s true.

I remember him poo pooing Zaha for example when he was being linked. Anyway, let’s hope this summer isn’t such a failure.

Excellent Pochettino interview, nice to hear he isn't impressed with the last series of Game of Thrones either

Poch has played the last week well.

Off the back of the CL success, temper expectations and remind everyone that this was a borderline miracle CL run, and certainly not to be expected next year if we don't invest in the squad.
The 'doubt' over whether he stays must have made Levy a little nervous, and I assume the change in that interview to Poch being all positive and committed going forward, is a result of Levy having assured Poch that he will be able to strengthen the team to try and mix it with the big boys year in year out.

Will be very interesting to see what sort of players we try to sign, and what our overall net spend ends up at this summer.
