I wonder why none of the press have asked Poch at his recent press conferences what Dean said to inflame him so much?

Does all seem very off to me that Dean has been allowed off of this scot-free.

They did ask him at the time and he didn't want to say.

See this is what happens when you're mr nice guy. It gets you trampled on. Much like his team in the last 5 games, all nicey nicey, no fucking bollox and were being trampled on.

I like the fact that his previous good behaviour led to 2 matches not 3?.
So next time Klopp kicks off he should get three!

Watched this a million times...Poch deliberately has his hands behind his back and when he does lift one it is in the direction of the pitch to show his anger at the corner which was given. It no way matches Dean's account...very annoying.

Don't you think the lack of that goes back to the lack of pre season and the fact our squad is palpably not fit to play the high energy style? We've been managing games all season, we just don't have the legs to press.

I mean, its more than obvious this is what's happened this season and its why I fear it has the potential to get worse. It might not of course.

We just can't afford any long term injuries for the rest of the season.

But if Poch knows its an issue, why didn't he buy or loan any players in January?

I don't know. Probably because he didn't like anyone that was available. Or available to us.

There is a far bigger question about our recruitment - I can't actually even remember the last good 1st team signing we made. I suppose Sanchez although the jury is very much out on him as a £40M centre back. Before that you'd probably have to go back as far as Wanyama and Sissoko, and both have only been useful for very short periods.

In terms of attacking players, Son is the last actually good signing we've made, nearly 3 years ago. Shocking really.

Its tailed off since we gave Poch more power. That's the common denominator. Levy will have to address it this year because we can't have another pathetic window this summer.

because we needed to sell more than just Dembele, and the tiredness is effecting most of the squad

Yes, the worry was always that the lack of pre-season prep would see us burn out around now. We've always relied on that Poch Surge after Xmas where we blow tired teams away with our fitness and it obviously hasn't happened this year.

I'm just hoping the emotional surge from the stadium will carry us through to the summer.

Thanks for confirmation...shame. I hope that Tottenham use this for their own benefit. I am fed up with one rule for Spurs and others for the rest.
We had to accept it before the written reasons were revealed. Poch did imply we'd see what the written reasons were and decide what to do.

We've bought less players and good ones since we haven't had a director of football (or whatever you want to call him) because Poch didn't want one
Let's wait and see what happens after we have finished the stadium. I feel the last year or so was a monkey wrench into the works
