Some lovely stuff here again from Alasdair.

Poch made some interesting points and i'm certainly guilty of wanting to stone Levy for every loss after what happened in the summer but god has spoken so heres to you Levy for all the tireless work you're doing to bring the best multipurpose stadium on Earth to our doorsteps.

Poch seems (so) happy at the moment. Something seems to have changed after he appeared to be a bit disillusioned earlier in the season.

Also don’t read the stupid replies on that thread. All same old copy and paste about the trophy.

I think the guy's a magician. No new players and we are off to our best start in the prem by some distance and thru to the knockout stages of the CL. I swear he picks some of these line-ups just to see if he can do it. Davies at CB (yeah I know he plays in a 3 CB formation for Wales) and Skipp with Eriksen and Winks available? Well done, Poch.

the commentator today mentioned the fact that since Poch took over 4 1/2 years ago Spurs have more points than any other team.

It’s amazing but a slightly annoyance that still in every single season there is always at least one team who amasses more points than us. Quite galling that we have more points than anyone yet haven’t won a title!

I heard that as well.

Its not true. But, maybe they meant Poch has more points than any other manager.

Since 2014/15:

Man City 79 66 78 100 44 367
Spurs 64 70 86 77 39 336
Chelsea 87 50 93 70 34 334
Arsenal 75 71 75 63 34 318
Liverpool 62 60 76 75 42 315
United 70 66 69 81 26 312

This is actually what the guy said, poster above heard it wrong. I remember thinking at the time it was a bit of a pointless stat since I think Dyche and Howe are the only ones he's competing with in terms of years in the job

I think it’s really positive that Pochettino has decided to bring through Foyth, Walker-Peters and Skipp. Clearly all are very talented and when you add them to the likes of Kane, Alli, Sanchez and Winks, the future as well as the present is looking bright
