Wenger distancing himself from this one in his presser. Doesn't see it happening this month, one said he called the move dead. Not that he's particularly trustworthy but he did seem open on all the dealings.

Likely just priced out of it with Mkhitaryan prioritised, but maybe we have an opening here?

I think it’s not going to happen because they won’t sell.

He won't be going anywhere this window, perhaps a deal in the summer, as I doubt he'll be in the Brazilian world cup squad.

"Arsenal’s attempts to sign Malcom are over. Meetings were held but he was eventually deemed too inexperienced by Wenger."

This seems to be the guy that was hinted at us being favourites for, despite all the media speculation about arsenal.

Could be an interesting one but don't see him leaving this window

There is a space available since nkoudou went on loan so you never know.

Is he credible?
I have no idea - apparently he was one of the first people to report the Paulinho to Spurs stuff all those years ago though.

If we really want him, this is our only chance to get him. United and Arsenal were interested - the former are now getting Sanchez and Arsenal are no longer interested this window. Another team will probs fuck us over but still, we should at least try because he'd definitely go to someone bigger in the summer.

For Lamela.

Right ok my bad but I'm sure there would be a space available if we was keen.

If this is true why did Wenger waste his time going for him in the first place ? Seems more likely Arsenal have lost out and are just getting their excuses in early.

Tottenham are close to sign Malcom from Bordeaux. His agents met Mauricio Pochettino and Daniel Levy this week in London and were absolutely delighted with what they heard. It is likely to be a £40m + £10m deal.
