We've shied away from the tougher stages of the Europa League for too long. The early stages are bread and butter games but the quarter finals onwards are the games we need our starting 11 to learn how to win big. Tellingly, we never do.

He's completely right. For the first time in a long time we're competing to win major trophies but we need to show we can get across the line. We're as good as anyone in the Europa League so let's give it everything and see if we can claim that trophy.
