No real issues where I was, but obviously a lot of people smoking/vaping and a group of four blokes right in front of me who took it in turns to go get drinks/food for each other seemingly every few minutes. Seemed like a good system for them, but did mean I was weaving and dodging around them a fair bit. Otherwise a good, loud group.

Did anyone else notice smoke in the south stand before kick off? What was that?

Ever since the screening was announced, pretty much all the talk on here and all over social media had been about where to meet up to before the game to get into the spirit, and where you'll drink in the stadium etc.

Although I can understand some people's frustration with some behaviour issues, I'm shocked that anyone thought it was ever going to be anything other than a fucking great big Tottenham party.

I saw a flare near the end of the game, but to be fair that could just have been someone with one of those really heavy duty vapes.

We noticed white smoke coming out of one of the walkways, it was bottom right from where we were seated, and it happened again later on.
Assumed it was someone letting off smoke signal/bombs.

Some of the people on here sound like they've never been out in public let alone to a pub or a football match.

Pregame atmosphere before the doors opened was amazing. So many families and generally happy people. I was surprised how positive the fans were in the second half and the singing was very loud.

Biggest embarrassment for me was the train journey home. Train between Vauxhall and Putney filled with Spurs fans who could hardly stand because they can’t hold their drink and on a packed train the language was outrageous. Funniest moment was the girl in the next carriage throwing up. She was sat next to the automatic door so every time she leant forward to vomit the doors opened and we were all treated to a technicolour rainbow of puke. Not sure if she was Spurs or just a reveller, I was just trying to avoid looking because if just makes you retch.

We met up at the beer house Paddington and at Hamilton Hall Liverpool street. Where it was 6 deep at the bar and like a fucking sauna!

You were all naked?

Some of the women were dripping.....I mean they looked like they were going to pass out...and they were dressed like they were at a wedding reception ..... I don't think these females were told the truth by their boyfriends about exactly where they were being taken on their date!

I didn't hang around after the game but the atmosphere was good in the stands where I was (103) before and during the game. Had the same problems mentioned above with endless queues before the game and at half time. It does seem to come down to technical problems and figuring out what drinks/food people want and having it available quickly. They'll get there.

I only caught it out of the corner of my eye but some twat threw a part-full bottle that hit someone a few rows in front of me just after the final whistle. Couldn't tell who was hit or if they were hurt but that was the only twatishness I saw all night.

Apart from me swearing under my breath in the beer queue.

I did regret not getting a ticket in the south stand. I went in gate 23 just next to it but they weren't letting people into the market place. I was in there for the Brighton game there weren't even queues at HT for food/drinks.

I was in 102 and there was an idiot who threw a water bottle (more of a slam) on to the pitch in frustration, he needs some anger management classes.

Who were the people that were walking up and down constantly pitch side? They were fans but they were beyond the barrier probably popping to the Loo or the bar. Got on my nerves, and also made me slightly jealous.

No problems experienced in the Lower North Stand, but all I wanted to add was I''m absolutely sure that I felt much less downhearted/ depressed than if I had been watching it on tv at home or in a mixed pub. Just being with 60,000 like minded souls really seemed to help. Although the game itself was a bit of a let down, I still feel that I experienced a proper occasion to remember.

They ran out of beer all over the ground! Bet Daniel Levy had an iPad in Madrid with a live feed to beer sales from stadium! Reckon the club took about £2m in ticket and food and beverage sales yesterday.

And the shop was heaving. Anything with a cock on it was being sold at a phenomenal rate.

It was an absolutely cracking atmosphere, the market place was brilliant from opening. Massive queues for the bar but I just parked up by the naan and noodle and there were no queues there at all-everyone headed straight to main bar :)

I wonder if this is something they will look to do a bit more of for big away games-they must have made a fortune yesterday
