Back in the early nineties (ish) I lived in Bournemouth and well remember thousands of the scum scaling and ruining the seaside cliffs, the mountain of beer cans they left on the beach and the shops throughout town they ransacked.

Absolute filth.
I'm from Yorkshire and the late 90s were unbearable. I can honestly say they are the most vulgar fans. They take pride in hooliganism and use it as some sort of medal of honour. They are the first to laugh at you when your team gets beat and they have no shame in how bad there's is in comparison. Most of them don't actually talk about the football, it's more about the violence or being able to laugh at rival fans. I remember being in a bar with some old friends I used to hang out with, watching us vs arsenal when jol vs Wenger happened and one of my pals (Leeds fan) was jumping up and dow and screaming in my face when arsenal scored. I asked him later on "Why behave like that? You don't support arsenal" his response "I just wanted to piss you off", which considering I'm mild mannered and celebrate in a controlled manner was ridiculous. But that's Leeds fans for you.

West Yorkshire is more a hand-egg area anyway... which explains a lot.

Mind you I'm North Yorkshire, so it's just Cricket and Dry Stone Wall building round my way...

I dated a girl from Leeds for 2 years and hated every minute I was in the place.
Leeds is funny... a lot of my mates, and my sister, went to University in Leeds, and they all love it and most settled there. Which I find odd because I always thought it a desperate shite house.

Leeds is a pretty cool night out these days, wouldn't live there though and certainly wouldn't be dating any girls from there.

Twitter went nuts with people taking the piss out of Leeds new club badge. That one was my favorite. Newcastle one punching a horse and Derby with the sheep are also quite funny.

Ye I know lol but what specifically is the one you posted?
