Huge stroke of luck for Liverpool - facing Utd next week without those two makes it much easier to try and contain Rashford and Pogba.
Yeah we definitely didn't want that to be the case.

Liverpool may only have one fit CB for Bayern though, so likely that they'll also be depleted.

Whilst Klopp totally ignores the fact, proclaiming it is only Liverpool that have bad luck with injuries.

Lingard seems to be their only real decent option on right (Mata can play there but wouldn’t provide the pace and cutting that they’ve been playing with since OGS been in charge).

I guess Sanchez could play right side otherwise? (Shows the imbalance as they have shitloads of option for left side lol).

Even before those injuries I still thought that Liverpool will beat Man Utd. It’s because everyone is expecting Man Utd to win. It never works like that in these kind of games.

The Sun reporting that the Glazers are gonna sell to the Saudi royal family at the end of the season for £3.8bn. Bad news for us in all kinds of ways.

I don’t think it moves the needle a whole lot as far as we are concerned. They already spend a load of money. I’d argue if anything it’d make Poch less likely to go as I’m sure the new owner would be more likely to treat managers like Real Madrid whereas Glazer would seem to be willing to let Poch build.

No idea why they’d want to sell, they make loads of money out of owning the club.
I can think of about £2.2B reasons why they might want to sell.

But, if this happens, it will simply speed the timeframe for a global Super-League - and whether we get invited or not - I think that would be a bad thing for football overall.

A sensational bit of business - buy for $1bn (all borrowed and transferred onto the club) and sell 15 years later for $5bn.

It's almost like if your family's rich and you have access to loan facilities, you don't have to be clever or smart to make money in business. See example B: One Donald Trump.

Its getting enough to get going is the problem. Most are born into it.
