I will probably get laughed at, but I generally believe Carroll could have been an absolute beast if he would have applied himself

Don’t they share a training ground with a primary school? Not sure thats the best idea.
Their Chadwell Heath training ground is next door to a secondary school, but they don't share premises at all. I should know, because I went to that school myself.

You're not the only one. I thought he had some potential when I first saw him 10 years ago (or whenever it was). If he'd had a Harry Kane type of attitude and the right coaching and guidance, he could have achieved something worthwhile. Instead...

No no, I completely agree with you. He has all the tools but none of the mentality.

Just heard carrolls in trouble. He went out sat night, got pissed and decided to jump on a plane to dubai, with his pals. Club didn't know and his wife didn't know....he should have been in training Monday.

I love it when my old man rings me with these stories. He can't get his head around how these players act these days.

Your dad work there?

I got in touch with a spokesman and he confirms what you said. His response was "Of course we don't both use the same facilities. Can you imagine if we let those good-for-nothing idiots share our grounds, potentially cause lots of damage and stop us from playing football as it should be played."

Have to say it was nice of the school to front someone up to speak to me after I was unable to speak to anyone from West Ham.

He was already a beast at Newcastle. He dismantled the Championship when he was 20 or so, and was proving a right handful in the Premiership. The Liverpool move was wrong in every way possible, and just handed fame and wealth to a daft lad from Newcastle. The waste of potential and talent there is shameful.

He knows the fella who owns the firm that ferries them about everywhere. The stories I've heard....its a different world.
I mean, please don’t just leave it there…
