Only just got in and seen the score this afternoon. Posting before I've had the chance to read any posts in this thread today, but I'm sure you guys will have done us all proud given the new material WHU have given you to work with today.

EDIT - fewer new posts in here than I expected, after catching up on the thread. Nine, get your arse in here, please.

They’ve been trying to get relegated during the last few Seasons and I think they’ will finally make it this time.

West Ham have made some good signings and they have a good manager. I fully expect them to pick up this season. While it's great to laugh at them right now I think maybe it doesn't reflect their potential. Their joke of a side last year did not have the potential this one does.

Quality of players wont matter if confidence and motivation are gone.

Pellegrini is alleged to be the third highest paid manager in the Premier League, so I'm sure he's fully analysed the key aspects of the games they've lost and identified the slight tweaks in tactical nuance that West Ham need to deliver in order to turn this round.

So, then, Manuel, what's the plan?

Defend better and score more goals. Fucking genius. Give that man £10m a year, West Ham.

Oh, you already have? Oh dear.

Taken from KUMB, concerning their manager :-

I think we will scrape through this season

Then the board can’t afford to sack him

Which will work in our favour when he and the team gel

Next season top 10

Season after pushing for Europa

It's still square pegs in round holes. Only thing that's changed is that some pegs got upgraded to more expensive ones...

None of the players they signed are proven quality. I'm ignoring Wilshere because he's been crocked for so long that any quality he did have is out for lunch. Each one of them has question marks over either their form, ability or injury proneness.

It's going to be an even funnier season than the last at this rate!

Exactly. They’ve shit centre backs, no midfield and no strikers (hence why they have to play aunautovich out of position up there).

Pellegrini was having his retirement party in China and was always the wrong choice. They should have kept Moyes.

Really stupid move not keeping moyez. He had them fit, working hard and fairly organised. It's great.
