I can't see him being a man that enjoys other people doing things without his say so. Seems to me to be the one that wants to be making the decisions. Lets hope its the beginning of the end for him there.

They really shot themselves in the foot and overestimated their position in world football.
Going out and claiming you'll buy a top end striker for 30 million at the end of the year is just going to leave them with egg on their face.

I think they will get their 30mil Striker. I just don't believe he will be worth that kind of outlay.

So, now Spurs have got their striker in, how goes the West Ham search? What's the summary position on KUMB?

And they were reportedly in for Vardy, Tevez and Janssen too.
Still, they must have faith in Dave Sullivan's negotiating skills. No?
"It's exactly the same scenario as last season. If they had stuck with one of their first choices, Hernandez, and agreed personal terms with him, he would have been ours, IMO. Sullivan appears to be a bit like my wife in that regard. She tries an outfit on in the first shop we go to, it looks great, fits perfect but she can't buy in case there is something better around. Five hours later, she realises that there is nothing better, goes back to the first shop and f--- me it's gone!! And she has to make do with the Jelavic- coloured one she wouldn't even try on initially."
That would be a No then.

WH appear to be getting hold of every youth player who'll move to them at the mo. Latest is a United striker who apparently only got pipped to the first team by Rashford because he was injured at the time. Intriguing...

West Ham after Gomis now apparently on a season long loan. They now seem to be getting linked with targets more on their level.
