Well they're out of one cup already, they won't win the Champions League, the premier League well probably go to Man City again, so that means they have to win the FA Cup which could be more competitive then ever this season with us, Arsenal, Chelsea, City and United all looking for a trophy.

They could very well win EL if they drop into that. Personally don't think they would.

That might be true. But he doesn't need to to break the rules. If he told someone he was going to West Brom, and that person then bet on it, he'd be in breach of the regulations.
