Emma Hayes's name (Manager of Chelsea Ladies,)has been thrown into the hat of potential managers to replace Sarri.

What do you lot think of having a woman as manager for our team or any other men's team that is?
Has the time come for a woman to take over as manager for a men's team?

I don't see why a woman couldn't be a manager in the men's game, but I couldn't think of a worse place to start than Chelsea.

I think you are being a bit harsh. They were one of the first teams to have a female physio and that didn’t end badly.

Opinions are split on that one. ;)

Treating players for injuries is a completely different environment to work in than having to manage them, but I don't think Chelsea necessarily is the worst club for a female manager to step in at. All the troublemakers and dressing room bosses who caused mayhem over the last decade are gone, possibly Azpilicueta and David Luiz aside. Luiz goes out of his way to include the Chelsea women's team in social activities.

Of course if Kepa pulls one of his stunts again in front of a female boss it would be funny to see if she'd do any better than Sarri.

The Guardian reporting that Kante is a doubt for Wednesday after injuring a knee in training.

Hate Chelsea but want them at full strength for this game. The Woolwich nomads can't win!

There didn't look much between the players to me. It was hardly a punch up. Sarri heading down the tunnel like that didn't look good though.
