Wouldn't be at all surprised if the decision was overturned and Chelsea were then able to do exactly what Barca and RM did. The fact is that the rules weren't strict enough in the first place and the precedent has been set. The status quo will most likely be maintained and the cheats will continue to prosper.

Daft thing is, they only really need to play him a bit more rather than throwing silly money at him.
