Juve would like Lamela but as they have a number of options to replace Tevez they will not pay over the odds.

I assume they are looking at the Paulinho deal wondering if Shineyhead has lost his touch and there is a bargain to be had. No chance.

Er, ok Juve. You now dictate to Levy eh? Not sure they realise how this works.

Defiantly would sell, never seen a player give the ball away so much the plus point is he always gives 100%

Think he hit a point last season where he couldn't possibly get worse. I did however see that he started to pick his performances up somewhat toward the end of the season.

I would say he became a player that wasn't a total liability.

The question is, do we wait and see if he can become better than that? Because what we currently have, is a £5m player neither here nor there, but we paid considerably more. Unfortunately, we're not rich enough to write that kind of money off IMO.

Lamela is the least likely of the magnificent 7 to be sold just because Levy would never take a hit of more than 50% of his transfer fee.

I can never see Lamela ever being the key to unlocking the top four door in a way that VDV, Modric or Bale was. A flight of fancy signing to get rid of a total of 100 million as quickly as possible in my opinion.

When you see what other teams have spent to improve their teams it's quite shocking really. I don't have an axe to grind with the player, it's not his fault stupidity got the better of Levy when he signed the cheque.

Don't think he'll go.
Getting better.
Couldn't have got worse.
Like Soldado I think his confidence was on the floor at one point.
He's more confident now. He knows the league.
No more excuses.
Show us what you got please.
Pretty please??
Don't think he'll ever be what we need but would love him to prove me wrong.
Needs to muscle up as he's so light weight. Men against boys.

Waiting for someone to post to say we only paid 2 million upfront and another 28 on performance.....

If they offered close to the money we paid I would take it... Shamefully I still think he has potential and could improve significantly it just becomes more and more unlikely with every day...

Keep him I think there is one hell of a player in there at time he does things, shows touches, passes the ball so fast out of his feet, delivers really clever through balls and I think wow, then he over complicates things, gives the ball away and offers nothing.

This season is make or break I think he could be class or he could get over shadowed by Pritchard lol. Fingers crossed he will deliver this season for us I wonder if he is the kind of player our team should be built around with him playing at ten. But sadly he has not offered enough to deserve that so it's a bit chicken and egg, I do think Eriksen and Lamela both playing at the same time kind of hinders them both if we had some pace and width either side of them it would be easier for them, rather playing eye of a needle pass to create a goal.
