Tbf to him, I can't really argue about his spurs comments.

Our investment has been in keeping the exact players we want to keep. Keeping stability does take investment sometimes. It's an investment to turn down 40Mil for a player you bought for pennies. We have been guilty of not making that investment before. But levy knows this is the time to invest in what we have got, not in what we haven't got.
