Colin Murray's show was brilliant, i was driving a van all day for a year and listened to it every single day. Him, Didi, Bob Mills, Buncey - he had such great chemistry with all his guest presenters and he got some real exclusive interviews as well.

Big shame the day he quit but I can't fault him for it at all; his morals were worth more than the paycheck and that's admirable, but i really miss singing along to Words
Yeah, Colin Murray was a great presenter. I have to say, and I hate being 'one of those fans' but it does seem like there is definitely a bias towards Chelsea and Man City on Jim White's show. He was going on about Chelsea as being potential CL winners after their win the other day and Bob Mills had to remind him that we were in it and was the one who talked us up a bit.

On the biggest two days of Jim White’s year he gets overshadowed by his tie.

I'd suggest overshadowed by Natalie Sawyers' damn fine breasts.

Oh, and no, I'm not that naive that I don't realise Natalie has a whole lot more to her than her breasts. I just appreciate their form more than Jim's tie.

Don't generally listen but was at work couple of weeks ago and had him on interviewing Rod Stewart, now I'm paraphrasing but it went something like this

White.. "Rod so are you going to the old firm derby this year?"
Stewart.. " yeah were going up there in the private jet yeah, you going Jim?
White... "Is that an invite Rod?"
Stewart.. Erm yeah sure
White concludes interview, then says "wow not a bad start to the day getting an invite to fly up to the old firm derby from Sir Rod Stewart"

As fine as her breasts are, got to judge any lady that allows Sam Matterface to enter her, let alone produce a child with said moron. Takes away from her appeal massively

He’s lost it. He’s pissed and coming out with all sorts of shit. For once Jim White didn’t actually say anything wrong, Parry just went off on one. He’s now laying into Joey Barton about stubbing cigars out in people’s eyes.

For the record, the ‘Mike’ that Joey was replying to when saying he was a better player than Unsworth wasn’t even Parry, it was someone else. Parry just waded in. Haha.

It’s hilarious :ROFLMAO:

Andy Jacobs has just had a pop at Mike Parry as well, said there’s a reason he’s no longer married

I think we can safely say that all’s not well behind the scenes at TalkSport. The bosses must be furious. Or happy with the publicity more likely....

Alan Brazil and George Galloway hated each other too. Brazil kept calling him a tool on his show. With Barton slagging off White last week and now this, plus the fact that everyone there must hate Adrian Durham (I don’t know this I’m just assuming, because he’s a massive wanker) and I’ll also assume that everyone hates Cundy too, it can’t be a good atmosphere there!

This is what happens when you hire somebody like Joey Barton, the guy is toxic.

I cant understand why they'd hire him out of all the ex-pro's they could get.

Publicity and controversy.

But.... and I feel a bit dirty saying this... his punditry is actually not bad at all. He genuinely says it as it is, unlike Durham who says it for effect and callers. He’s said a couple of things in defence of Spurs too recently which were spot on (IMO, obviously). I don’t mind listening to him. It’s only when I think what a wanker of a person he is/was that I feel bad for liking him on the radio.

The difference between Barton and other Talkshite people is that he has been on a footballers wage for the last 15 years.

The over use of the 2 Mikes as the go-to stand in's (I bet Max Rushford is feeling a bit benched) has made me like them even less, especially Parry. He used to be funny but he's such a mess now and the only time he's entertaining is when he starts talking bollocks as if he's the leading authority on a subject, and even then it rapidly annoys me more than it used to.

Will certainly be entertaining if him and Barton ever end up on the air together for any reason now - Parry, misunderstanding Twitter, like he does with every other aspect of his life, will claim it's taken out of context or he's been misquoted and Barton will realise it would be like trying to argue with a giant child. Like Bomber says, Barton is actually shaping up to be quite a good pundit who is as capable of drawing both good and bad heat, against Parry and his one-trick-pony idiot act.
