Jesus Perez is not a man who seeks out the limelight. He never has and never will.
The 47-year-old Spaniard is the person you might not notice at Tottenham Hotspur unless you look closely. If you do, you'll soon realise he's everywhere.

It was a great read and nice that the back room staff that Poch built and trusts get recognition.

My takeaway was that Poch spends hours with chief scout every day but yet we couldn’t find a single player to improve us!

really enjoyed that. I'm not normally bothered to read about players or coaches, all that personal crap, but I've been wondering about the power behind Poch's throne and JP's background and approach. We're lucky to have Poch and all his coaching staff.

And to those of you who think you know it all watching on a fuzzy stream on your mums laptop with your cock out:
"It's better to explain to people because when they watch games live or through the TV the perception is completely different"

This guy us a class act.

I think Poch is picking up English well enough to man the conferences solo now, but JP picks up on the nuances and underhand tactics of the press and just translate so well, that Poch mosrlt appears flawless.

The guy has to be on point always, because he can't know when Poch will or won't need him, but I don't think he let Poch down once.

Oh yeah. Like I'm really going to crack one off over Jesus Perez - maybe some other SCs, but not me.

Poch though? Fap fap...

Love this paragraph, can understand why Poch always talks about character and mentality.

"He doesn't teach players. He proposes to the player a scenario, a platform to improve. If they take it they will improve. It's just practising and having the backing of your manager. That's how you improve."
