So how are you going to make it through to kick off???

Bloody dog woke my up at 6.30 so a long day made even longer.

I will be playing a little CoD with the boy, and watch a Premier League game on the laptop and hope time magically speeds forward to kick off.

I'm working until 5:30pm. Will record the game and watch it. I'm just thankful it's not an early kick off so I don't have to avoid the score all day.

Taking my teenager into Glasgow and he's been going on about five guys. Gonna get me a nice big burger, come home and get a wee kip for a while. Mrs is away for the weekend so I'll probably start drinking for kick off. Really looking forward to the game as I don't get to watch spurs as much as I used to due to my newish job. Coys

I'll have to bury myself under a pile of household chores. Too nervous to read a book or anything...

Exactly why today is so important for the club as This is one thing we need change.

I Completely agree with this feeling btw Dundalk but a team full of winners with several medals on the mantle piece are going to be so much more composed in their approach to kick off.

This squad need to get that first trophy under their belt so we can go on to achieve more. That No nerves, we're winners, we go out there and bring the cup home.
I just wonder if there's a difference between how the Hazards and Deles are feeling this morning.
Actually, having written that, I do feel our current squad will be confident with this one, knowing how good they are.

Still feels like the biggest one off game I've known in 20 years as a spurs fan :-s come on you Spurs.

It's big, but I think there have been several bigger games in the last 20 years. The City game when Crouch got the winner, and the League Cup finals for a start.

I wouldn't big this game up too much. If we lose, it's not the end of our season. It's simply two very good teams playing in what will hopefully be a great game.

Lucky you I live in Thailand so was up at 10am, 4am UK time. Already trying to find ways to kill the day!

I'm 3hrs ahead of you, and finding the same problem. I've been up since 11am, it's now 6.30pm. I've been to the gym, finished watching House of Cards, watched some Futurama, now watching Logan. Kick off is 2.15am here. There's an Aussie A-League game at 7, then PL games at midnight.

Edit: Balls. The Aussie game is tomorrow at 7.

I'm doing sound measurements all day, which is great, because it really makes time fly by. I'm just hoping I can wrap it up in time.

Major internal clear out going in here. Arse flapping like a good 'un.

Going for a walk on the beach at midday to blast a few cobwebs away and gather
a couple of sacks of seaweed for mulching the vegetable plot to keep the slugs off me runner beans.

Other than that it's a normal day.

Thinking of all my pals who are going to Wembley today. COYLWs

Just woke up. Wank, coffee, shower, in that order.

Spending the whole day playing PS4, watching classic Tottenham moments on YouTube, and drinking as much Stella as my body can take.

I'll be accompanied by my Brother and Dad, which considering we all live seperately (and haven't always seen eye to eye) is a rare occasion! My brother should be here in about an hour so the drinking can begin!

This day feels magic already. Come on you fucking Spurs.

I've edited the title of your thread as we don't allow swearing in thread titles. You can say 'fuck' within the thread though :p

Nothing like a wank, coffee and a shower to get you, your brother and dad back on good terms.

I can't even bring myself to go into the match day thread.

Lots of drink left over from my 40th last weekend, might have to make a dent in it.

These are the sort of days that football is all about, I'm absolutely buzzing and big games at Wembley remind me a bit of when I first fell in love with Spurs and football.

However I expect I will be spending most of the day feeling sorry for myself for missing the points cut off for tickets like a spoiled child :)

On the train to me uncle's in east London who's going to drive me to my dad's, who's retired to the end of the earth (near Norwich).

All three Spurs, beers and nibbles. Perfect. Unfathomably pumped
