Dele has to play IMO.

The first half-hour or so might be a psychological issue trying to get his injury out of his mind, and being worried about getting it knocked. After that i'd hope he relaxes a bit and resumes where he's left off recently. We can't afford for his first game after the injury to be on Wednesday and him to have to get that issue out of his mind, because Fernandinosaur will probably fuck him up in the first 5 and get a pat on the back from the referee.

Pochettino is not too optimistic that Dele will be fit tomorrow but expects him to be OK for Man City. His hand is broken in two places and is still in a lot of pain #THFC #COYS

Dier has had some serious bad luck this season.

He should never have started for England after playing one game in 2019 and was obviously not match fit.

Dele has broken his hand in two places I’m sceptical he’ll feature this week.

So frustrating to lose Dele at the same time as Kane again. Thankfully doesn't sound like it will be a long one, just hope he's fit to play City next week.

Poch says they're optimistic on winks, felt it in training and decided himself to sit it out.

Says it all depends on how Alli feels on the day with the splint attached.

Agree, but as has been said before our reluctance to invest in the squad almost invited fate to shit on us from a great height.
That and the whole point of pre-season is to not only get match fitness but prepare the body for the rigours of a hard season. We had no pre-season and have had a (metric) shit ton of injuries. much more than anyone else (not even close)

This is the best reply I've seen.

You simply cannot disagree with this.

If you have, you're a fucking mug.
