Dier and Janssen out for sunday

Dele and Kane have started on field rehabilitation (hooray)

Poor old Vinny just can’t catch a break!

Not that he was going to play anyway, unless half the squad got food poisoning or something :D.

A mate of mine played for a pub team a few years ago, one of the players never got a game , he was really poor, but kept turning up week after week as an unused sub, he finally gave up when one week they only had 11 men and the manager played with 10 and named him sub :inpain::inpain:
I'm sure that won't happen to poor Vinny. :)

I think he will only not be reported as ‘injured’ or ‘ill’ for our remaining 13 PL games, if both Kane & Llorente are unavailable at the same time.

Yeah. I believe “sick as a Parrot” is the appropriate phrase :D.

Poch says Kane maybe back for Burnley although watching the video he didn’t look that convinced.

These vids of Kane and Alli abroad doing their physio...is this with club physios or have we sent them to “3rd party” specialists??? Just don’t recall us sending injured players abroad to do rehab and conditioning, yes for ops or for a specialist opinion but not the training aspect??

Seems Dier has a virus. I just hope it's not the 'flu that's going round. It would decimate our team if that spread.

Poor chap!

Similar thing happened to me when I was at school (which was public school or, if you're not British, private school). I was in the 4th XI hockey (that's field hockey, not ice hockey) team and playing regularly.

I was then promoted to the 3rd XI and I never got a game. A full term, every Saturday, I was sat on the sidelines watching. One Saturday, we were down to 11 and I thought I'd finally get a game. Instead the teacher in charge (or 'master' as we were supposed to call them!) picked someone from the 5th XI to make up the numbers! Admittedly, it was the goalie that needed replacing, but still!

I want Dele back ASAP but I don’t think you can rush hamstring injuries. That’s been done once with him this season and we’ve paid the price. We don’t want to do it again

I like it that you're explaining British terms for our North American members. When I first emigrated from Hong Kong to Canada, I used to reply to people asking what sport I play spontaneously saying football and hockey and people were laughing like hell as I stand only 5 foot 3.
