Thought it might be a good idea to have a dedicated thread for this as we are waiting on a few bits of news:

Eriksen - Little bit worried about this one. It's a knee injury and it seemingly came out of nowhere. Club are very quiet.
Dembele -A strange one where he went over on his foot. Results of tests expected tomorrow according to his own Twitter.
N'Jie - Pochettino has talked of a pre season injury that has him short of match practice. Trained with us when he first arrived but looked to be absent in the last training video.

Loans

Coulthirst - Back at the club for treatment for a minor injury.

If anyone has any news feel free to put it here.

So there seems to be nothing serious wrong with Dembele but still no news on Eriksen.

N'jie apparently withdrew from Cameroon squad because of injury

The front page yesterday-albeit an article in the Standard- said that Eriksen's back in training. Hope that's the case.

Wouldn't be surprised if we don't see n'jie for weeks, regardless of apparent injury. I wouldn't mind so much if we weren't a team devoid of any penetration and direct running. What other team would spend 14m on trying to rectify that but then not get him involved asap. I know I'm jumping the gun on this but I would bet good money on not seeing him for a good while.

Can't remember seeing him in any training vids for a while which would indicate he's still some way off.

After the bashing Levy and spurs took last week I can see why they wouldn't want to let everyone know that our new signing is crocked and won't be seen for some time yet.

It does seem that they only confirm injuries in the pre-match conferences when the squad is announced. I guess it is just a better way of doing it as opposed to having to respond to every bit of rumour and conjecture when it doesnt matter until game day

I've asked the club this before and they said that it's impossible to put an accurate time frame on some injuries and they prefer not to comment on them.

The scum always say 3-4 weeks and they are out for a year... Welbeck is the latest victim of that I think.

The suspcious mind in me suspects they don't disclose injuries so that they don't encounter issues when selling a player. Probably not the reason but we seem to be the only club not to comment.

Daniel Levy: sustained damage to his ego
in a transfer window clash at W.Brom
However he is expected to make a full recovery
before his next game in January.

On the one hand, I don't think we are owed a detailed explanation - a player's injury is between them and their club.
On the other, for me the manager should honestly inform fans if a player is not getting picked because of injury.
I don't think we get much honesty or clarity from MP.

Must say I have a deep sense of foreboding about Mason's injury.

Left the stadium on crutches.

They will want him to take the weight off his knee until they know the extent of any injury to his knee.
I am hoping its just a wack on the knee and he will be fine for next week...
