I liked his 1st goal against West Brom, pulled the defender to put him off and got in behind him and scored a header.

Can't really teach that experience

That was a nice move.
The utter bellend Trevor Morley is a pundit over here, and he was touched almost to tears over how fantastically Zlatan had broken the rules, duped the referee and scored a goal.

The same Morley tends to be absolutely fuming if someone dupes the referee by diving to win a foul...

The guy's a ledge. Read I am Zlatan and you'll see how much of a solid person he is to have around a club. There's a reason why every club he's gone to has won the league. United aren't out of it with Mourinho and Zlatan there. I'd watch for a late surge from them tbh.

I'm sure if he had better players around him he'd win the league but can't see it happening. I'd rather them than Chelsea and Liverpool winning it.

We will win the league anyway so it don't matter :D

I'd expect any team who get a ridiculous decision in their favour almost every time they're struggling to do quite well.
It's getting back to Fergie level since Maureen walked in.
Ibra is a good player but as a team they're shite. Will still get top 4 though. Officials will see to that. Thought that before a ball was kicked and what I've seen this season so far has just confirmed it.

He has scored goals of every kind and won titles at every club he's played for. He has genuinely been one of the best centre forwards in the world for the last decade. It's of no surprise to me he suits the premier league. There's an air of Cantona about his Man Utd career.

Anybody who has watched Zlatan over the years knew he would be a huge success in any league. Those who thought he was overrated or wouldn't be able to do it in England were utterly deluded. I am a little surprised at just how good he still is at the age of 35 but I always knew he would be a great success.

My mate is a die hard Man Utd fan. He says that they'd be struggling around mid table if it weren't for his goals, but overall, he can't recall him actually having a good game for them. He's just got that valuable habit of being shit and then scoring a winner with one of his few attempts on goal. Which just sounds like typical United luck.

That's not luck.

Gotta admire the chutzpah of the OP, rolling out the lil' Englander cliche as if Zlatan - winner of god knows how many trophies, will be 'found out' in the Premier League as some kind of fraud playing against the likes of Ryan Shawcross and James Collins.

The Premier League has been 'found out' by Zlatan, the self-styled best league in the world is a piece of piss for a 35 year old..

The Premier League hasn't been found out, the guy scored 38 goals in ligue 1 last year. To put that into perspective, Lacazette scored 21.

Obviously he is not dominating it as much as he did Ligue 1 playing with the best team, it's not as a strong a league, but the OP trotted out all the typical cliches about how he wouldn't cope with England, and in using the term 'found out' suggested that the Premier League would reveal the true Zlatan as a duffer or hugely overrated at least.

Yet here we are and he clearly is coping, he's 2 goals off top scorer in the league, 26 in all comps. Carrying his team (how many more goals (important ones) than any of his teammates)..At 35.

I was clearly being tongue in cheek about the league being found out, but there were plenty saying he was doomed to fail..

It's not luck and on the one hand he's carrying Man U but on the other hand thay are carrying him. I've losty count the amount of times I've been watching them with my Man U brother and he's been wondering why he's still on the pitch when he puts the ball in the net. It's not a coincidence that he kkeps doing it but they are playing with a man down when he isn't.

He's an elite player....but I think his proud record of winning the league everywhere he's been is going to end.
