Harry ,mentions not having the strength in depth at the moment. I think we will have that coming through, in part from the academy in the form of Winks, CCV, KWP and maybe a couple of others. We will also have to buy a couple, but not many, depending on who might leave in the meantime. It's hard to be patient when most of can see the possibilities ahead of us.

I want it all, I want it all, and I want it now! :D

Surprisingly he thinks we need "three or four top players".

As sparx said, pretty complimentary to be fair. Loves how we play under Poch, see's the stadium for the potential game changer that it is and ultimately still would love to manage our current crop.

A far cry from the regular doom and gloom bell-ends who drag themselves out of their holes to whinge and grumble on here after any poor run of form.

I think Harry is spot on, it's good to see the bitterness from him and Redknapp junior has gone now. I always really liked Harry when he was our manager, it was a shame it ended like it did. He really should have won a trophy with us with that crop of players. It's the same feeling I get with Poch. They both tend to throw away cup games too easily, when in reality they should probably go a little stronger in them.

I know they have both got to finals with Spurs, but they've also both fielded very very weak teams consistently in cup games. The Bale VDV Modric King team should have a trophy to their name, not just a top four finish. Same with this current crop.

I hope what he's saying is true, we do seem to be going in the right direction, we've got our priorities spot on as far as recruitment and the way the club is run goes. The stadium and training ground are going to make us a massive draw for heads to come. And financially we should be settled. But when City and Chelsea are being financially doped, do we really stand a chance in the league? Not unless they are having a bad year really, and then we still need to compete with the traditional big boys like Liverpool, United and Arsenal. Then you have to factor in the possibility of Everton and their new owners financially doping them.

The Premier League is hugely competitive, yes we are a well run club with a good crop of players, but we aren't nailed on to win it just because we are going to be on a level playing field with the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal. When did they last win it?

Will be interesting to see if China is allowed to carry on the way they are. It might be that our 'doped' teams aren't as attractive as they once were. I like it that Poch puts so much emphasis on the character of his players and I'd hazard a guess that that is why some good prospects have been ejected. Go back to Brian Clough's Notts Forest and even Leicester last season to see how team spirit and attitude can break down some seemingly impenetrable barriers.

Seem to remember him saying that he thought his squad would win the title in a few years time, even after he'd left. But then the whole thing was dismantled. I think Walker, Rose and Kane are the only ones left over from his time here, and Walker was the only one who was a regular in the first team.

I think he is spot on. We do need 3-4 good players. We have a first 11-12 or so that know they are going to get picked every week. Poor squad depth means there aren't enough to step up and put pressure on others.
