Harry Kane excited for link-up with ‘brilliant’ Richarlison as Tottenham gear up for Champions League return

Harry Kane was encouraged by his connection with Richarlison in Tottenham's 2-1 win over Fulham on Saturday as he talked up the impact of the summer signing.
Richarlison caught the eye with an all-action display on his full debut and set up Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg's opening goal before hitting the post and seeing a late strike ruled out for offside.

Kane's body language towards Richarlison has been interesting for me. He seems to praise/applaud him regularly and specifically seek him out when celebrating. All very positive which, to me, would imply he has been really impressed with him - I'd imagine Richarlison's attitude around the training ground has been first class.

Could have had a hat trick. Link up play and pressing has been top notch and he seems to have settled in really well. Deserves to keep his place although Kulu needs minutes too. Nice problem for Conte to have though.

Not a fan of this phrase but its hard to shake the feeling when you watch him that he just 'wants it' a bit more than others. And you can't really teach that.

The pure joy of scoring what he thought was his 1st goal for us. Sadly not to be but there will be plenty soon I hope.

I think he and Harry have really clicked , If it wasn't for a few slightly overhit passes from Richy, he would have put Kane through on goal.
I don't how Conte will work it, but for me Kane and Richy have to start as many games as possible.

Son isn't that kind of creator but will also benefit from Richy in the Team, but Deki deserves to be there as well...

Tough decisions.

his tenacity has created a couple of goals, i can't believe how good he is, how his not scored yet must be divine intervention!
