Are they still playing their good old brand of Stoke football?

Anybody watch much of Millwall?

What kind of side are they?

If these two are sent away to play 'hoof' footy I will be very dissapointed.

I can't imagine we would send Mason to a club that plays like that. In a weird way though, if they did Kane would possibly benefit from it through having to improve his strength and hold up play.

Good luck to them, although as they both play in similar positions (Mason maybe a little bit deeper) was it wise to send them to the same club?

Played some great stuff last season with Townsend in the team

Thats why it would pointless sending townsend on loan to championship again, why send him somewhere where he has already excelled

I expect both Mason and Kane to do well BUT hopefully Mason doesn't get injured for the most of the season

Seems a bit odd doesn't it?

I hope they both get a decent amount of games so that they can make the most of the move. They are both at an age where they need to start making an impact.

Good luck to them both, and i never mind seeing our youngsters head off to the old, new Den for some blooding in. Milwall, whatever their reputation off the pitch, are a solid, no-nonsense side, who go about business like its a job, not a game. 5 points above the drop zone, they still have work to do, which can only motivate the lads to really put the effort in. It'll be a real test of character for them both.

Millwall loan for Mason and Kane

http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/new...-media&utm_campaign=lions-loan-for-duo-291211

Harry Kane and Ryan Mason have agreed to join Championship side Millwall on loan for the remainder of the season from January 1.

England Under-19 striker Harry, who scored five goals in 18 appearances on loan at Leyton Orient last season, netted his first Spurs goal in our recent Europa League win against Shamrock Rovers, having made his debut in our colours against Hearts at the Lane in August.

Young attacking midfielder Ryan, who has been capped by England at Under-20 level, recently returned from a loan spell with fellow Championship club Doncaster Rovers where he has spent time over the past two seasons making a total of 20 appearances.

Great chance for both lads to prove their worth

Good loan for both of them.

Will be looking on with interest to see if they can step up as Walker has done after successful loan spells.

I dunno, I looked for a thread assuming there would be one already but couldn't see so I started a new one.

Perhaps the link was discussed in another thread or another forum (maybe loan watch)

Of all those kids Mason looks the most interesting to me. Hope he stays fit and gets a run of games

Could turn into a real player If he keeps working and improving

I think this might be too soon for Kane , I think it's to early to judge what his future will be, he would have been better off going to Orient again.
I hope he proves me wrong.

Looked good at start of his loan at Yoevil, then got injured and hit a barrier in his career, didnt really feature at Doncaster, then got injured again.

If he gets a run of games we can see what he's made of.
