Don’t know what that video shows but I can assure you it’s Lo Chelso. Have heard it pronounced like that many many times by argentine journalists

Maybe I am wrong, but doubt it considering Lo Celso seems to be an italian last name and if so, the letter C is pronounced like a CH. That video shows a french guy, who may be wrong in his spelling. Who knows, have heard Lo Chelso everytime he's been mentioned everywhere and never ever doubted it until I read about the debate here. Hopefully, if he signs for Spurs he will explain it himself like Toby did

was just saying the exact same thing in my group chat... looking at how fast they win balls back and look to immediately break the lines and drive forward + with the ability to release through balls.
