Question how much do you reckon Dele Alli is worth in the transfer market?

Yep, Winks is very flexible as a midfielder.

Some of his best displays were in champions league as a defensive midfield.

Don’t get me wrong Sissoko has been cracking this season and we’ll need to rotate, but peeps suggesting him over Winks to me seem kinda loco and not appreciating of the composure Winks brings.

And his sexy eye brows. ??

Will be interesting if we get Le Celso how they would fare in a three man midfield.
In any world you don’t drop player of the season in Sissoko after that season. And not for Winks. So overrated in here... I like Winks but he’s not a DM. We saw that last season.

If you're asking this because he left him out, he did say "some games", which is fair enough. You don't have to play every player in every game, when you have that much talent you play to the strengths of the team you have.

Hard to know given some of the crazy prices at the moment. But given his age, nationality and length of time left on his contract I’d say minimum £90 million

90 mil?????
He could be but he needs to make things happen attacking wise.More goals and assists.
Less bollocks
Woahhhh nelly. I'm presuming you've been keeping yourself up to date with recent transfers surrounding English players. We've had a right-back with one year's PL experience and not a single international cap sold for £50m, and a £70m bid REJECTED for Harry Maguire. Tyrone Mings went for about £25m.

There is no way Dele, at the age of 23 and still with 5 years on his contract, is worth any less than £90m.

Imho Sissoko is a very limited player.
Yes he did well last year and was my player of the season, but i would still hope that the upgrades we undertake this summer would mean that he is only a squad player.
A mix of GLC, ND, DC and HW should be more to the fore.

Dele Alli:

  • 23 years old. Five years left on his contract.
  • Four years experience in the toughest league in the world, during which he has 71 combined goals and assists from midfield in 131 league appearances, better than a goal output every 2 games and without taking any set pieces. Some absolutely belting goals and hugely inventive assists in there too.
  • For context, a player likely to command £90m at least this summer, Paul Pogba, has a rate of 47 goals+assists in the premier league across three seasons and 95 matches, a lower output than Dele. Pogba is also 26. He takes penalties too.
  • During that same time period, Dele has produced 55 combined league goals and assists.
  • Two major international tournaments amidst 37 caps.

Based on all this, how much is a Dele worth? A fucking lot. One injury hit season doesn’t change that.

Compare the games Dele scores in vs Pogba also, different ends of the table.

What does "scored 71 combined assists" mean? Genuine question. He has 71 goals and assists combined?
