Shame. Would have liked to see him develop. we'll definitely be in for a winger now though.
Good luck in your future career Iago.

Hardly given a chance to impress really and i think he should of been given a run when Townsend & Lennon were doing nada or injured

Quite a short article that but I hear this guy is pretty reliable?

Would be interested to find out the fee.

Was Iago the guy Lamela was playing who was getting annoyed on FIFA in that vine he posted?

On the whole a rather odd signing in the first place given that he spent most of his time either in the reserves or on loan. Good luck to him, always thought he looked a tidy player.

Guess he didn't impress the new boss.....

Oh well, I guess we just were too bloated in midfield to keep him, just feel he's now going to prove his worth to a club that actually trust in him like GDS has done since we let him go. Lets just hope the ones we're letting stay and showing faith in can do the same thing for us *cough* Townsend, Chadli and Lennon *cough*.

Has this been officially announced by us yet? As others have said it would seem like a shame given his limited opportunities with us. Also seemed to have a good relationship with Lamela.

Can we get half a million for him?

Quite a short article that but I hear this guy is pretty reliable?

Would be interested to find out the fee.

Fee was £4m so we effectively paid for Eric Dier with this piece of business. Am impressed with our moves so far:
Re-signed Lloris
Sold Livermore for £6.5m
Signed Vorm and Davies for Siggy +£3.5m
Sold Falque for £4m
Signed Dier for £4m
Re-signed Rose

So for a net spend of £3.5m we've solidified GK and all across defence, whilst reducing our mountain of surplus midfielders, not too shabby so far.

Didn't know Falque could fetch so much. Does anyone know how much we signed him for? Certainly there's a profit in it.
