Is that Callum Hudson-Odoi? I taught him at my last school... He's at Chelsea so I doubt we'd be able to get him.

I'd try and get him at the end of the pro he'll inevitably sign or try before he signs it.

Was listening to Talksport today and they was talking to the great Steve Perryman about a 16 year old player at Exeter City called Ethan Ampadu.

Would like to know if anyone has any footage of him because their is not a lot on youtube?

http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/who-ethan-ampadu-wales-face-11729005

Known about him.

Has a lot of hype not seen a lot though. He trialled at Arsenal, City and Cheeses I believe before deciding to stay at Exeter. Wales captain played couple Gabe's for Eng u16s last year. Think his dad or uncle is Arsenal youth coach.

Judged him purely on his hair and dint rate him lol, sure hws decent

quick question --- how does Tammy Abraham compare to our young strikers?
He has improved a lot from youth level to first team level

I have seen him a few times for Bristol this season when he has played away, there was one match against Derby when he should have got a hat trick and I was shocked by his play

When he was at youth level he would use his best attributes i.e. physical strength and speed a lot to get himself in to good positions.

Against Derby he didnt even get near the CB's much, honestly played similar to Harrison, he would just drift around the box/in front of the CB's or try and get behind. He got 2 goals and they were goals where there was no one around him and he had a tidy finish.

The championship imo is easier than the lower leagues as it is less physical and more technical and also teams play different styles of football. I dont think there is a better league in the world to send a player if you get a right loan. As the variation of tactics used by teams is huge.

Tammy Abraham is better than our strikers and imo is the reason why Chelsea aren't too bothered about losing Solanke, otherwise they would have give him a huge contract

quick question --- how does Tammy Abraham compare to our young strikers?

These questions are always hard for me as I feel there isn't a lot separating players but then there is a the same time

Abraham is the best English striker after Kane atm imo, a year ago, I thought he was the best English youth striker, and it was arguable at the time with Solanke, Armstrong, Rashford but in my eyes, with his loan he has kicked on again. Not that he can't be caught up but I have always been impressed with his technique, and he has 'very' good feet for a big man.. He's strong too and can involve himself in build up and run off the shoulder. Interseted to see where he goes from here. He was a relatively late bloomer but that is because Brown, Armstrong and Solanke were around. Solanke was also Chelsea's main striker and at u17s they were both still school children so wasn't really getting a look in. However he started to catch my eye in 14/15 season

When compared to ours: Harrison is the same international age group but a school year older. He is a very good footballer but he is not an out and out striker when compared to Abraham. He hasn't got the physicality Abraham and is a year behind in his development. Physically. I'd be interested to see how good Harrison becomes once he gets bigger. If he played for us as a 3rd striker I think he'd fit in well but he wouldn't get a lot of goals, I think he'd be a 10-15 a season striker. Its hard to judge how he'd develop and I wouldn't write him off yet. Then only bit that's not promising is he has gone on loan which suggests he's not rated

Sterling isn't as good a footballer at Harrison in my opinion, he is more in the Aguero, Defoe, Long mould of striker. I think he has potential but at this moment he is also nowhere near Abraham. Sterling, works of the shoulder and doesn't involve himself in build up much, but he is a worker and fairly robust. Can get a good shot off from tight situaiton and has a low back lift.

The fact Abraham is so good isn't a bad reflection on our strikers. Who knows how they'll develop in the future, but at this moment Abraham is really good, and I'd have taken him as our 2nd striker at the start of last season

Apparently Chavski are selling Tammy Abraham. Maybe we should get involved if we only have to see off Newcastle & Brighton.....

On his way out of Stamford Bridge meanwhile is the juvenile goal machine Tammy Abraham, who seemsset to take his shooting boots to Newcastle, after Rafael Benítez convinced both the player and his parent club that they could look after him better than rival bidders Brighton.
