have been gaming out how different teams could spend their 200 million.
Funnily enough even with that kind of a spend, my not convinced that any of Citeh, Chelscum or EwUtd will be that much deeper than us on paper.

Partly because v good players will cost them a lot (they want finished products) and in an era when Virgil VD is 60 million pounds, Greaseman is almost 100 million....well 200 mill doesn't buy what it used to

I rate Silva very highly, cracking little player and will give them another great option.

Then again, we smashed them when they already had great attacking options so let's see how it goes!

I love that we will still be competitive with these sides that are spunking hundreds of millions on players, trying to catch up.

Our squad needs very little tweaking.

Even more disappointing is Liverpool being linked with Keita (Sky saying 15m? Crazy cheap if true)

Edit
They might have said 50 not 15...

Yeah, I just overhead it on ssn without really paying attention, assumed if it was 15 it was because he was in his last year or something, but then remembered he wasn't and thought, hang on maybe they said 50.

Manchester City have agreed a £43m deal to sign attacking midfielder Bernardo Silva from French champions Monaco.

The 22-year-old Portugal international will join when the transfer window opens on 1 July, with the club set to announce the transfer later on Thursday.

Wow, Man City are doing business so quickly that they're announcing today's signing later yesterday.

City just going to raid Monaco apparently. Bernardo Silva, Benjamin Mendy and now there's some rumors about Fabinho. I personally hope those all come off. Walker won't be going to them, then.
I think they will still go in for Walker if they get a RB, Pep probably knows that Harry played Walker at CB during preseason and thinks, I will have some of that

Indeed and very good price given the current climate.
There will be a Barcelona style buy-back clause in it undoubtedly.

Yeah, there's no chance that Leipzig sell Keita for less than what they bought him for only last year.

Apparently Wham have agreed £24m for Ihenacho. Medical over the weekend

Blimey, now that is a waste of money. He's not even reached super sub status yet. Big dough for someone who has yet to show he can perform for even half a season

Mind you, £24m isn't actually that much dough in football anymore is it?
