Can’t really blame Llorente he barely gets a game and after the own goal the confidence is rock bottom. Back three clearly isn’t working take off Sanchez and put in Dier preferably or Skipp.

Poor first half. Not going to label individuals and dog them out but I think the team has been pretty poor all over.

I think it’s our ridiculous transfer policy hampering us now. I understand the line of “we will only buy those who improve us” but I think that’s a line that can be reserved for the likes of City. How we can’t seem to find a single player that would improve our squad is ridiculous.

If it’s down to the prices, well football has changed. The market has been inflated to a stupid level but that’s how it is now. If we honestly look around and don’t think there are any players who could come in and improve us then I think we need to question our arrogance and be realistic about how much this squad can handle with key players missing. If targets are too expensive for us we either need to readjust what we spend or readjust the targets.

This idea that we are fine and don’t need anyone is ridiculous. Just look at that bench today, who’s going to come on and get us back in this?! I fully understand that’s due to injuries but it is also affected by our transfer policy.

Stadium or no stadium, I just think it is nonsense that there aren’t any players out there that could come in and improve the squad.

Look at the players the other teams at the top have, and hey will STILL add to it. Only we seem to have this view that because we have Kane no one else will come here and play. Aguero has been amazing for city and yet they still sign attacking players.

We need to look at the market differently, or we can expect to drop out of the top four soon.

I don't care who goes off but I would like to see Sterling brought on. I'm interested to see what he's all about and nobody in this squad will try harder.

The most worrying thing is I don't even know where we can look to improve this today. Formation, personell etc.

When's Sonny back? :(

Poch needs to take Llorente off pushing Lamela up front. bring Dier on into midfield and allow Eriksen and Dele to sotheir stuff. Very worrying how easily Fulham are putting us under pressure but if we keep playing low intensity aimless football then we deserve to lose. Could be embarrassing

He has been shit tbf.

Your lover did produce another shit square pass that nearly cost us again.

Wow, a player on a football pitch misplaced a pass? Sack him. They should all be docked a week's wages.

Hurrrrumph.

Where to start with that half.

The defence are all over the place. Alderweireld hasn't been great, Sanchez has been awful. Eriksen is offering nothing in midfield, beyond tippy tappy and a couple of his set piece deliveries have been comically awful. Alli is stumbling around the pitch doing nothing of any purpose. And Llorente.... Well that own goal looks like it crushed him. However the worst on the pitch in that half goes to Lamela, constantly getting in the way and barbecuing any openings that are happening.

We're just getting directed out to the flanks, and then hopefully getting a ball into the box. Need to try and work some better central openings. And contrast some of these dangerous Fulham deliveries into the box, open play or set pieces, with our weak, daisy cutter efforts that leave the Spurs player having to come so far past the near post to try and make anything of it.

The main problem though is that across the pitch we have been outworked and outfought. Before we think about doing anything, some of them have got to come out of the changing room with their bollocks reattached, sleeves rolled up, and ready to get to work.

I don't want to jump on the negative bandwagon, but I thought that was championship level football. But, when you miss that many first teamers it's inevitable. Can only hope for better 2nd half.
No it isn't. There is still plenty of quality out there. That was just a shit show from us first half.

Normally I would say with us that we are a team that never gives up and you can't write us off but it looks today like the players are using Son and Kane's absence as an excuse for a lack of effort.

Eriksen 100mio I bite his hand off who ever offers it.

He is not much different than Ozil in terms of disappearing in games. He will also not be able to kick the ball from corner spot to the goal in NWHL, he needs more space for running. Pathetic but true.

Sterling anyone?

I assume this lad has a bit of pace and movement. I’ve never seen him in a game. Is he direct?

They have to earn the right to play, but instead are strolling around like billy big nuts' thinking it should be easy.

WInks and Rose the only two worth the shirt so far today.

I would get Sanchez off for Dier or Skipp and go with a back four pushing Eriksen into positions where he won't just pop it backwards.

No signings = no top 4. 100%

Fully agree, but it wont change Levy mind, he has already got Poch feeding the right lines to the press about how tough it is.
This squad is down to bare bones, that bench today - even Huddersfield have a better bench.
He has drained us and yes the stadium looks amazing but the game is about success and we miss out on top 4 which we will if we don't invest then are we in decline?

It’s probably been said but...Llorente actually attacked their corner? Nobody in their right mind would open their foot towards their own goal?
