Stayed in the same hotel as Burnley last year when they played Accrington in the LC. Hoped to bump into Robbo in the bar afterwards or at breakfast.

Great few years for us

My abiding memory of Robinson was him hammering one of his precise line-drive kicks upfield, where it would unerringly find Berbatov's midriff, at which point it would magically come to a halt and drop tamely onto Berbatov's toe. I can't recall a goalkeeper who had such reliable accuracy with his long range kicking.

Didn't he score for us too?

Really liked the guy, pity he lost his confidence towards the end of his time with us, I put it down to the way Ledley was playing alternate games and disrupting the back line. Loved his goal, comically came at a time when Watford fans were singing "England's number one" every time Foster got the ball. After the goal we were all shouting "shoot" whenever Robbo got it.
