Not the club's call. A player's relationship with his agent is none of the club's business.

I know it's not the clubs call, I just think that FIFA or UEFA should introduce a rule that changing agents can only occur during the off season, so that a player can fully concentrate on playing football.

Might as well prepare for his departure.
The only thing on the mind of any new agent is commission and the only way they'll get that is to orchestrate a huge transfer and huge wage increase.

If he gets a new agent it's a sign he's looking IMO.

From the Article:-
rules state players are unable to sign a deal lasting longer than two years with any agent, or intermediaries as they are now called following FIFA’s deregulation of the industry in 2015.

So he has to change agents whether we wants to or not. For that reason i wouldn't read too much into it. What's more important is that he gets the right agent for him.

He doesn't have to change from that. That's like saying you have to change clubs because you can only sign 5 year deals.
It just means he has to re-sign OR change OR GO Independent (lolz) every 2 years.
