Now that we’ve made it into the semi final do we know how tickets are being allocated?

40k season ticket holders but only 32k allocation for each side...

Didn't think season tickets got entry to these cup games. Surely a ballot would be fair or those who had been to previous rounds get priority rather than season tickets picking the glory ties of the round rather than supporting throughout......onions??

its always been season tickets first then members loyalty points.Obviously its unlikely to go to members. The question is what they do if they have too many season ticket holders on the same loyalty points. Will it be a ballot, place in season ticket list or previous loyalty points as a member or something else.
You may be right that people that went to the fa cup games should have first dibs but its never been like that and if you have more than 35000 that went to every fa cup game how would you distinguish who gets.It would have to be a ballot anyway so no guarantee

The club confirmed to the THST that tickets would be allocated on loyalty points (as usual), with number of LPs when upgrading from Bronze being used as a tiebreaker for new ST holders if necessary.

From looking at the latest loyalty points table, I'd imagine any ST holder with over 50 points *should* be fine for a semi and possibly a final ticket, depending on how many corporate tickets etc come out of that allocation.

Please let our game be on the Saturday! My wife is running the London marathon on the Sunday and is desperate for me and the kids to be at the finish line. Alas, if our semi is on the Sunday i’ll either be in the pub warming up for the game, or at the game itself.

Could be bitter sweet as i’ll be delighted if we win, but quite possibly going through divorce proceedings.

Hmmm you’re just saying that because I’ve only got 46 points

2.13 KL asked for clarification of the mechanism for allocating FA Cup semi-final or final tickets this season given the influx of new Season Ticket holders. There would be roughly 32,000 tickets for a SF and 28,000 for a Final and potentially large numbers of new Season ticket holders on the same points total.

IM felt that the points awarded throughout the season would have helped separate out the new Season Ticket holders but that the deciding factor would be the number of bronze points held on upgrading to a season ticket should there be a large number all on the same number of points.

THST agreed with this as they felt no new Season Ticket holder should be worse off this season than there were as a bronze member last season. So those bronze members who qualified for tickets through their points totals last year should qualify again this season, in principle.

I agree with the policy, but this bit is total nonsense. A bronze member who went to most league games during the 4-year loyalty point period would have had more than enough points to get semi-final tickets last season. If they bought a season ticket but haven't been to the cup games (especially the FA and League Cup ones rather than just the Champions League) they probably won't get a ticket now.

i'm glad i have previously had enough points to get to a couple of semi finals, disappointed we didnt win them but with the prospect of never being in a position to have a season ticket those days are over and those that can go every week then get to go to the big games.

Must find a customer with a wembley box that want to treat me to the final ;)

So I might get a ticket with 70 points! Never been to a cup semi or final so it would be great to be there for once
