Throw enough money their way and they don't kick off. To think Danny Drinkwater was close to an England spot before he went there.
You can understand him going there though with Kante, then he got injured and lost his chances. You do have to wonder about these players being hoovered up by rich clubs though, then sitting on the bench through the peak of their careers. Like you say enough money and anyone can be turned :).

Really we need to be looking at 'not good enough ... yet

Yeah there's no point signing not good enough if they aren't better than what we have but if we can get some in with potential, there's some fantastic players to learn from in our club.

Always smacks of tokenism to me when you see players like Drinkwater and Delph though. They get the odd run out but you know that without the HG quota rules they wouldn't be anywhere near those clubs.

Its just too hard to bring in players, don't you get it?!

Meanwhile... Chelsea have 2 deals tied up for CM's, there would be third of the season and 4th in the last year.
If signing players was so easy, literally every other PL club since the transfer window was introduced would have done it.
