£11m now or nothing in the summer isnt much of a decision given his game time so far this year. As much as i love him as a player i think he will go.

Can't turn that amount down much as it pains me to say so.

What's the prize money now for each round of the Champions League and each position in the PL?
It's not as simple as £11m now or nothing in June if he contributes to us finishing in the top 2 or 3, a latter stage of the Champions League appearence, possibly a domestic up etc.

A similar example was United sacking Moureen. Cost them £25m to pay him off, made them £100m on the stock exchange.

There was a time i couldn't foresee our midfield operating as good without Dembele in their bossing it.

But Mousa mark II Sissoko along with Winks, that combination is beginning to grow on me.

It's different and it took some getting used to, but i can see Spurs coping without Dembele now.

I mean we are coping without Dembele, Dyer and Wanyama for ages now.

I'm happy for Mousa Dembele to go now, although i would love it if we gave him one last hurrah.

Wouldn’t want to lose an in-form and fully fit Dembele but the earlier we address the problem we have with him now, the better. We’ve coped well for a while and could spend the next 6 months finding the right replacement. He is immense, but the clock is ticking. The Pochettino Project doesn’t look for short term fixes to squeeze out trophies and paper over cracks.

He's been great for us but this makes sense all round. He's not regularly fit and out of contract in the summer, so we get a decent fee and free up some needed space in the squad, he gets a big pay-day, the chinese club get a boss midfielder for a short term tilt at winning something.

Would all those advocating his sale have advocated the sale of Ledley King if a decent offer had come in?
If King had wanted to leave for a foreign club for one last big payday to see out his career, I certainly wouldn't have begrudged him that.

Not just his lack of game time but he's visibly struggled this season when he has played.

And we're not doing badly without him.

In an ideal world we'd keep him til summer but his performances early in the season might have made up Poch's mind, as well as the circa £10m fee and saving £2m in wages.

Also the quite astonishing turnaround in Sissoko's performances.

With respect to Dembele, he is the single most talented CM of our squad. That is without a doubt.

However, his style of play actually slows our attacks down and means we're at a lost as to how to partner a player with him. Winks (likes to dictate play), Dier (Defensive anchor), Sissoko (Box to box) and Wanyama (search and destroyer) all have styles that complement each other however when you put them beside Dembele who will carry the ball through the midfield it tends to make them less effective (certainly Winks and Sissoko) because they will not be able to vacate the midfield area to do what they are good at.

I think we need to think about building a midfield that synergizes well and whilst Dembele is one of my favourite players our success whilst he's been injured should show that we shouldn't worry about his absence.

If we could go for another player to replace him I'd love to see us go for Neves, the guy has so much in his locker

We're a bit light in midfield, think we could do with keeping him. Though I understand levy doesn't want him going for free.
Maybe even dembele himself can't handle training of the league and wants off

Good luck Mousa - you were one of my all time favourite players to watch.

He had his flaws but ultimately if he managed to add those elusive goals and assists to his game then there's no way we would have kept hold of him!

Absolutely love Dembele as a player. It's going to be difficult to see him go but with his long term injury record, it could be the right move for both him and us. I'll always remember him bossing the Juventus game in Turin last season.

A peak Dembele is probably in my top five Spurs players of all time.

Ledley King was different. He was one of our own. He was the face of the club. And with one fcuked up knee was still our best player. Times have changed and I think Ledley would have been moved into coaching quicker if it was too have happened in the last few years.

That's not to say Dembele doesn't deserve the same treatment. For me, Dembele helped bring in the new era by being the constant in the spine of our team. I would rather keep him until end of season and let him go on a freebie so we have that experience and power. But we not sure if he can deliver that today.

Turin was my favourite Dembele moment too, although the goal versus Lyon (just cos he actually scored a beauty) is up there.
