A positive reaction to a manager's methods is always good to hear because it hopefully means that the players will be able to deliver the kind of performance that the manager and fans expect at a much earlier stage.

When Defoe says, "“They say training is really sharp, with a lot of pressing." I always love seeing a team play a high-intensity pressing game & it will be enlightening to see how the players react to the demands of such a style. Last season we didn't do this anywhere near well enough. The likes of Dembele, Bentaleb, Soldado etc couldn't press a button let alone the opposition, so it will be intriguing to see how they adapt.

Can't wait to see how we play. I believe in the Poch!

Let's hope we're all still positive in January. Easy to support a guy who's yet to lose a game. We need to see him get the side playing his way and improving the team. Nobody said this was an easy job.
