So important to have banter. It lowers barriers and always builds respect. As we all know...your favourite boss is the one you can have a laugh with, but know he's good at his job, and trust him. When you need to be serious, people understand you're being serious and you listen. Love what Poch is doing to our club. Haven't felt this positive about a manager of ours for years.
